Pros: -Charge case is simple and I love that you can charge the case and not just the earbuds -wireless and Bluetooth is a great feature -comfortable in ears esp after wearing for a few nights, can sleep on my side with no issues -sounds selection is good, volume capacity is good Cons: -don’t truly mask sounds, esp snoring, unless volume is very high, not noise cancelling -tend to fall out of ears throughout the night, changed sizes and have the same problem -struggles to connect often. Have to reset pretty often to get the buds found by the app -functionality is entirely dependent on the app (volume, Bluetooth, sound, etc.) Good purchase as they have helped me sleep more soundly, but my expectations were higher given the Bose brand and the long beta test period. The lack of a true masking/noise cancellation feature is disappointing.
