Not crazy about the addition of Rick's value system
Our daughter really liked the Percy Jackson series, but came to us, her parents when the content in these set of books started pushing the LBGTQ agenda. You are welcome to have you own beliefs, but we prefer not to have this shoved down our families throat at every turn. According to our daughter, it did not add to the story, but was just added as the author saw fit. If you want this for your kids, fine, but if you don't at least you can see it here before you buy.
