So totally overcomplicated it's ridiculous. Fine if you're setting up for yourself, but for gifting the given instructions don't work and we ultimately sent it back in failure. We found the Skylight which was insanely easy to set up, share with family and pass off to grandma via the nursing staff. All they need to do is plug it in and input the wifi info. With the Aura, you would need to be in the same room to set this up, which isn't an option in the age of COVID.
