I mean seriously. My Echos should ring when someone rings the doorbell. That should have been the first smart skill written when you made the claim “ Works with Alexa”. And at this stage after almost every review is slamming you for this, it should be a top priority. Heck, you are now owned by Amazon. Please either fix this or change the claim to “Doesn’t really work with Alexa”
