I have been a fan of Samsung's TV's for the last 20 years now. I haven't bought anything but their products in that time. It's really sad to see that this brand is being ruined in this way. It's the same reason I switched to a Google Pixel instead of another Samsung Galaxy. Just so I can really help people understand how bad it is. These are the apps that are pre-loaded. You can't delete them, Samsung won't let you. They will let you hide them, but they still sit there taking up space and collecting metrics. Without further-ado, the list. I want Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu. I even like Google Play and Youtube. However, when you put so much crap on the TV that there is only 22% free memory straight out of the gate, you should realize it's a problem. It regularly has an effect on the performance of the TV. Apps are slow to load, and the remote feels unresponsive due to the ridiculous load of crap the TV is processing. The picture is beautiful yes. Still, sadly, for the first time ever. I cannot recommend buying this Television. I wish I hadn't purchased it, but I don't even know what I would buy instead. Don't end up stuck like me.
