Tests failed to register and customer service takes 1 week to respond.
We bought 4 tests to take and perform in Hawaii so we could enter a restaurant with proof of negative test. We tried to perform the test and 3 of 4 failed to register the results they gave an error code. And the company was not reachable. And responded to my email 12 days later. How does that help??
