Warning. I'm unsure how this one is different than the generic CVS one I buy but this brand causes bad side effects on me. 5-6 hours after taking, my right ear would get clogged and vibrate+ring inside, hence causing dizziness almost like getting vertigo. 30 hours later it would disappate. I tried again a few days later and same results. I just came back from an ear check which said my ears were normal and this pill might have caused it. So maybe great for some, but it caused hearing loss for 30 or so hours... Unfortunately I had to experience this on a friend's wedding weekend hence could hear half the things discussed .
