The heels do NOT soften up like another reviewer stated. That person did not even buy this product! They are reviewing the old Huarache sandal (which I loved and were very comfortable). However, this sandal is the new Isabella Huarache and is not made the same. This new shoe is partially made of the glossy jelly shoe material that doesn't have much give to it. The old Harache was made entirely of the soft rubber material which felt amazing. The jelly material does not have the stretch that the old ones did. I wore them atleast 5 times already and they are still not breaking in. I guess I'll just have to wear band aids to protect my heels every time I wear them. It's a shame because they are cute. Just not what I expect from Crocs as far as comfort goes.
