We waited 10 days for our new TV and got it at 6:30PM last night. Waited til this morning to switch out TVs and got everything plugged in but hadn’t taken the protective plastic off yet. Turned it on and this is what we saw. Couldn’t really tell with the plastic on. Looked like there were some bubbles but couldn’t see cracks. What a shock and disappointment! The box wasn’t damaged at all and packing material was all intact. It did ride around in UPS truck for hours and hours. Don’t know how it could have been damaged but it’s trash now. We’ll pick one up from Best Buy and check it before we leave. 😢 Update: We have purchased and have been using this same model TV for about a week. We love the TV! The picture is excellent and now that we’re getting used to the Magic Remote it’s easy to use. We used our last LG TV for 9 years and it was still working great which is why we decided to stick with LG. I definitely recommend this TV but maybe not home delivery of same.
