If you're like me and you didn't register your $100 New York Fahgettaboudit lock within 15 days of purchase, you might as well start saving for your replacement bike. Stolen in Chinatown early on in the evening, met up with a friend an came back to find it gone. Kryptonite's policy is tough. I understand legalities ect.. but it's a different story when you're unable to stand by your product simply because it's 3 days beyond warranty registration deadlines which aren't even clear or broadcasted. If you want a lock that really does the job I'd take a hint from the delivery NYC delivery guys. 100 lb chains and quick reflexes.. not kryptonite.
