I recently purchased this rice cooker and my husband tried to cook rice in it for the first time yesterday. The attached pictures speak for themselves. Even though this is advertised as a microwave cooker, the thing melted in the microwave and caused terrible fumes we are still trying to get out of our house. I would definitely steer clear of this product.
