Way below rated capacity
I tested the capacity twice at 25 Celcius pulling .05c and .1c and didn't get near rated capacity. Having less than 90% of rated capacity out of the box is unacceptable.
Also, on the images it shows a battery case full of cells. Opening it up there's some cells in the middle and a bunch of empty space filled with insulation.
