This Kindle is my 4th Kindle and while the other 3 (Gen1 and 2 original Kindle Fire's) have been great this Kindle is a waste of time .... seriously.. the WiFi has way too many issues, I have had to reboot my router & modem many times which does not always fix the problem and I have had to reset the IP address assignment thinking it was that and still having too many connection problems. The problem is the Kindle as my 3 desktops of Apple, Linux & Window PC all connect fine along with 2 window laptops and 3 ipads have never had any down time in regards to WIFI and this new Kindle Fire is just killing me connection wise... I have been up for most of the night trying to fix this issues and enough is enough.... I give up.. I will not do a factory Resest as I should not have to also due to the fact that I have some very very large gaming apps that take forever to download in the first place... I do not think I have ever complained about anything here on Amazon as this is a first for me.... this Kindle has turned into a waste of time and sleep.... I give up... Goodnight..
