All the items were of very poor quality. They were definitely not made from "high quality porcelain", as Pfaltzgraff says in their product description. All pieces have rough edges, the plates were uneven (please refer to the enclosed picture). Most of the elements in the set had dark spots and bubbles. Additionally, the handle of the mugs seemed poorly "glued" into the body (please refer to the image enclosed). I was so upset that I didn't think of taking pictures of everything, but quickly packed it again and taped it! To me, the purchase was a complete disaster, especially because the picture they advertise and their product description did not go at all with what I received. ...I hope this review was helpful to you!
