I had one when they first cam out and it was wonderful. This product however is not. The mop head and stick don’t line up correctly when you go to spin it. I have bend and push the pole straight so it will line up with the mop head. It’s like it gets stuck between the swivel brackets on the mop head. I would have return it But the box was trashed before I realized this problem. I am going to contact Amazon and see if they will except back with out the original box or if they are willing to give me back a credit for it. I do not recommend this product.
