My advice is don't order this product. After we kept having issues with the unit intermittently working, we called tech support and were put on hold for over an hour. Naturally, we hung up. Then we tried to update the unit and it totally quit functioning. We then installed our old router and everything worked perfectly. We have a very busy office and were down most of the day. A couple of days later, we called tech support to try and get our money back, or at least, ship the unit back for repair. Their only solution was to take out our router that was working and put theirs back in so they could check it which would cost us another day without internet. We complained to a higher source and offered to pay for the shipping back and were told NO! We chose to eat the cost of the unit even though it had a year warranty. Amazon was very nice and tried to help as best they could and they also called the tech support but to no avail. We were past the return time with Amazon and appreciate their efforts. DON'T ORDER THIS UNIT...their tech support closed our case with no way to respond to their mail...our only recourse was to call and then were put on hold again and after 45 minutes, we hung up.
