I purchased these 2 batteries in the beginning of January and when they were received 1 or the batteries didn't charge I attempted to do a return but it wasn't handled by Amazon, but by this company and they told me to ship the item back and they would send another. Since the product was defective I asked for a prepaid return mailer and got nowhere. I finally called and they said to keep the defective one and they would just ship me a new one. I waited over 10 business days and no replacement was received. I again tried to return thru Amazon and was told the same thing-this store wanted me to pay for shipping. I wrote Amazon and they did say they would reimburse me for the return shipping, but I had 3 days to get it shipped back now. So, I just gave up. I would not recommend buying from this source. Defective product and big hassle.
