Too much suction
I have 3 other Sharks (I clean others homes) and love them all. Not so impressed with this new one. It has so much suction I cannot use it on area rugs. Even on the hard floor selection the red jam indicator light on the powerhead comes on. There is no way to adjust the suction besides between high pile rugs, low pile rugs and hard floor.
