Save your money
I purchased this based on a review in Milk Street and was so excited to try it. I tried to use it once and dumped it right in the trash.
It’s an interesting idea, but the reality is that the holes on the knife instantly clog up from the butter and the knife won’t function as intended. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money and annoyance.
