This is my second purchase of this item since the initial one failed when the wheel broke inside the railing system on the second use of the product. However, I tried to be understanding and not let this deter me form buying another one after returning the failed product to give the manufacturer another chance. This happens in mass production of items and occasionally a defective product makes it way into the distribution system. (Yet the new one failed just one week after normal use) Nevertheless, consumers work hard for our money when purchasing these items and at least the manufacturer could work just as hard when providing these items for sale to the general public. Too much money is spent on advertising and marketing the product when more diligence should be given to quality control and to the product itself. We just want it to work as advertised or be functional for the reason we purchased it. D on't waste your time or money just too much time to return ship etc. I will find a door to keep propped open with it.
