To start with, the truck came reasonably quickly... except... the second box wasn’t with it and that little box happened to contain the wheels. Being that those are necessary for use, we were fairly disappointed. I emailed the company on a Friday and Monday I had a reply. They shipped out another second box since ours got lost. I asked about expedited shipment which they don’t offer but I did get $10 back. After all that, the wheels came 2 days later! That was a relief! Finally we could build the truck and my son could use it. Now that it’s built and charged... he loves it!! The radio and horn are cool, the lights are neat, and the remote is a lifesaver. My son is 2 and has no trouble reaching the peddle or operating the steering. The battery lasted an entire Saturday afternoon with almost constant use. Things to note: there is no brake peddle. To stop, just let off the peddle or hit the stop button on the remote. The speeds... so there are 3 of them. Fun fact, they can only be changed through the remote. If you don’t use the remote, it starts out on the fastest speed. In the end, this has been a great purchase from a company with really good communication. I was impressed at how quickly they would respond to my emails. The truck is exactly what we wanted! EDIT: after using this item now for about a month, one of the dashboard lights no longer lights up. While this isn’t a deal breaker, it is frustrating. EDIT TWO: It has been a little over a month and now the battery only lasts 10 minutes and dies. Extremely disappointed for the price!! EDIT THREE: the company was nice enough to send a replacement battery! That’s awesome! It’s been 2 weeks and this battery won’t hold a charge! Tell a two year old they can play in their favorite toy! So beyond irritated and frustrated at this point! My review has dropped from 5 star to 2 stars. Never again!!
