So sad to give this one star! It’s looks nice but is not well made. On 2nd use my cat completely ripped through the “mesh” on the door. It isn’t mesh, it’s the plastic rubbery stuff you put in your cabinets to keep things from sliding around. The bottom and top FEEL strong and rigid before you put a cat in. Then you pick it up and it completely loses shape and collapses in around the cat. Great job guys - you made the only cat carrier that doesn’t carry a cat! Tried to get a picture of the carrier collapsing, by now that there’s a gaping hole my poor kitty doesn’t want to stay in when I pick it up and it starts to fall with him in it.
