I was unsure about the price tag of this switch, as it doesn't have any management or anything onboard, but I'm very happy with it. The fan on this thing is also surprisingly quiet. The whole unit is very well built and the PWM fan can even be replaced if for some reason you decide that the current one is too loud. Included are some tech nudes for the more geeky readers. EDIT: Found out that my unit had the MTU fault. Opened a request with netgear and they never responded to it.
