Do not be mislead by the first photograph with the person standing on the mat. This picture is a false representation of the true size of the mat, with respect to relative dimensions. Looking at the photo, it appears that the length is at least twice as long as the width. That would make it 32”, and as the description states, it is actually 16” x 24”. More importantly, it looks as though the length is about three times the size of the foot. My point is that this is not a standard size mat, and standing sideways, both of your feet will not be on the mat. At least not comfortably. Also, I would imagine most people shift their standing position at least a few times while in the shower as I do, this mat does not allow for much room to shift. The mat is just too short on the 24” dimension. My advice to you; get a 16” x 30” mat. Yes, it is only 6”, but see for yourself. Measure your old mat first.
