My grandmother purchased one of these computers. The sound never worked, and the only way to get tech support is if you pay the VIP support fee to have them fix it remotely. This is a scam on seniors who don't know better and it is disgusting. No one should have to pay a fee to have the sound function on a computer that costs more than a desktop that would have a lot more functionality.
