William W. Johnstone Died in 2004
He didn't write this. Please do not blame the man for this terrible book. It was ghostwritten by his coattail-riding, untalented niece J. A. Johnstone, who uses her late uncle's name to sell books because she can't get them published on her own. She's essentially hiding behind her uncle's name because she's too much of a coward to face the inevitable criticism. As you can see in the reviews, she is happy to let people badmouth her uncle while she reaps in the cash from this bundle of toilet paper. THIS IS NOT HIS WORK. THIS IS NOT HIS FAULT. DON'T BLAME WILLIAM FOR THIS.
