Only used twice, but only once successfully. The second time, we returned to our camper to have no power going to it. After troubleshooting it, we determined it was the surge protector. Worse yet, all reviews I read stated their customer service was fantastic and they stand by their product, thus giving replacements. Sadly that did not happen for us. I am left here with a piece of junk that failed after 1 use this camping season. How disappointing.
