Cheap Feeling
The pillow isn't firm at all- I mean AT ALL. The sizing is perfect, but the quality is poor. When you put your head on it, it sinks way too far down and when you use it as a body pillow, the same thing happens. Hard to describe how a pillow is bad, but I didn't like it and wouldn't recommend it.
