What a SCAM!!! I signed up for this on my Roku just a few moments ago. The app immediately charged my credit card. When I attempted to open the app I was told that I had to put my credit card information in again. I decided to contact customer service at Feeln. I was told that it's a glitch with their app & that I would have to forward them my confirmation e-mail from Roku & then sign up with Feeln again using a promo code. They would then transfer my account to Feeln & they will charge my credit card annually instead of Roku. The reason I signed up through my Roku in the first place is so that it would be easier for me to cancel my subscription if I chose to do so. I read bad reviews about this app & billing nightmares & I wish I would've listened. I've not contacted Roku customer service & they have issued me a refund in full. I spent over an hour dealing with this issue. I would definitely warn you to stay away from paying for this scam of an app!
