Horrible product. It is extremely unstable and will not stay still unless you have your whole body on it. I tried using it for pushups and it was impossible, it just lifted up. I tried using it for pectoral extensions and the entire thing flipped up in the air and hit me in the face. I tried doing bicycles and the product kept flipping up and slamming me in the backs of the legs. I am bruised up and could have easily been hurt much worse on this flimsy, cheap piece of equipment. I would not recommend getting this junk to anyone--horrible workout and just all-around dangerous item. This should not even be on the market.
