The good: The design is great - I love the wings that unfold, and it can hold a lot of stuff. The BAD: Even though it's on the pricey end, I was happy with my purchase until I noticed all the rust spots, as you can see in the picture. Unfortunately, they're all over the unit, not just in one or two spots. It does say you can keep it outside and that it is "rust proof" - clearly not! I emailed customer support over this and their advice was the following: "We do not have issues for our in land customers complains due to rusty; however, we had one customer in the past who is also living near the coast at Florida had minor rusty spots seen on the rack. We will recommend now and then wash and rinse the racks with mild soap and water so that the salt contents can be minimized in order to prevent rusty. Hope this is helpful." So, if you live near the coast, wash your unit or keep it indoors. Obviously washing it after it's developed rust won't help, so keep that in mind.
