Dead in the water. This product was wonderful up until the point it said there’s “no water” when clearly there’s water. Tried contacting Customer support still waiting on response, Um about a month ago. Warranty? Forget about it. Oh? You won an award? Maybe you can turn that award into support. The product was nice but not nice enough that it’s a ticking time bomb.
