My 26 foot Flexi dog leash arrived in 2 days. It is NOT in new condition, if fact it is broken and unusable. The leash tape is broke (not sure how you would ever break something like that) The recoil spring does not work the tape and handle still have dirt, actual dirt on them and the handle is scratched and gouged. There is no way anyone could mistake this for a NEW or even usable product. See pictures. 1 star
