I LOVED this juicer. It was easy to use and clean until it wasn’t. I bought this in August and now it’s the end of December, and I can no longer get the nozzle attachment off AT ALL to clean it. And I’m like yoga teacher strong... this would be beyond impossible for someone that has weak hands. So basically this juicer is no longer functional. I am so disappointed and have no idea how to contact their support team because their website support leads back to this Amazon listing LOL.
