I've spent 8-10 hours on the phone, a lot of it on hold, talking to people at Amazon and Intuit--trying to get the TurboTax download to install. The software goes through an install process, then aborts. I've tried it probably a few dozen times. I finally found a person at Untuit who told me that Windows 10 install is a known problem, but they haven't shared it. Here's the work around. Go to the downloaded file (in your Downloads). Right click on that file. Click on Properties. Click on Compatability. Change Compatability to Windows 8. Click Apply. Click OK. Then left double click on the downloaded file. At that point it should install the TT17 application. It should work on your Windows 10 computer running as a Windows 8 application.
