The Kindle Fire did not work with a program that the company promised it would, then it began malfunctioning. It would turn itself on for no reason, when turned on it would not open and then recycle to the logo page and not allow me to shut it off. It would continue this for 20-30 minutes and the battery would get hot enough to be uncomfortable to hold. I returned the product and refused a replacement since the company wanted me to charge me for the replacement.
