UPDATE: I had originally purchased one and it was great. My original waist trimmer is bit worn so I purchased a new one same size and everything. I am really upset at how much the quality of these went down, they are poorly made. I put a picture of the one I originally had and it’s nice and thick on the inside. The new one is thin and very flimsy, it even looks fake. I’m really sad because I really wanted one like the first one I received, this material looks nothing like the first one I got. Original review: I ordered a medium which definitely wraps around and I have plenty of space left, but I do have a lower gut so I should’ve gone with the large since it is a bit bigger for the torso area. So if you are like me and are trying to cover your whole stomach size up. Overall I liked it but I think you do need the sweet sweat gel to give you the boost. I tried it and it was good so far, will have to keep using to see if there is any change. It doesn’t restrict your movement to work out honestly which is nice!
