We read the reviews, good and bad, and chose to buy this mattress. Wish we hadn't!!! I am not giving it "1" star, because, honestly, I just can't be THAT cruel. The mattress is already forming "dips" where we sleep, even though they "say" the mattress springs back to shape when you get off of it. We have only had this thing 5 weeks-14 of those days, we have been out of town. I wake up each morning with a horribly sore lower back, and shoulder pain. (never experienced shoulder pain before!) I first thought it was me, until we realized I was sleeping much better, with no issues, when we were traveling. Different mattresses, in different resorts, NO issues. I am very disappointed as we really contemplated whether to buy The Purple or not. The return policy is ridiculous and not clear at purchase time- 30 days to really decide on a mattress, especially at this price point, is just absurd. My fault for not realizing, and truly comprehending their return policy when we purchased it. We are now stuck with a mattress that literally causes issues and problems. NOT one that solves them. So, please, if you choose to purchase this item anyway, buy directly from Purple itself and NOT off of this site (Purple Innovation.)
