Safety Hazard purchase with caution
This is structurally NOT SOUND. Once you load it up with dirt and put water in it, the top can get pretty heavy. The base collapsed under its own weight. I'm big enough to handle it, but if it had been one of my children, they would have been injured. I have included some photos to show you what I mean.
