Absolute worst product we have ever owned!! Got the product for my spouse as a Christmas present, after assembling it did not work right so I try to call customer service on a Saturday and they hold business hours of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm!! I’m sorry but does no one cook on the weekend that may encounter a problem and need support? So I contact amazon for more options and they tell me I can email the company for support as well... seems like a good idea.. huh? Nope!! Takes them 12 days to respond to the email that has every detail from unboxing to the issue I’m having for their email to say thank you for emailing customer support, how can we help? I packaged it up, sent it back and got a refund!!! I placed a call to another smoker company pretending to own one of their smokers the customer service was phenomenal!!!! We now own their brand of smoker!! Never again will I buy the masterbuilt brand!
