I first purchased this product in 2015 for my large, yellow Lab. She began having extreme weakness and pain in her hips and hind legs, to the point where she would walk a few steps and then sit down and cry. We had no idea what the issue was because it was sudden and just before taking her to the vet, I remembered the collar. After removing it, her symptoms were completely gone in less than 24 hours. Here we are in 2017 and my vet recommended the collar. I explained the last episode and she said it must have been a coincidence and that she has not heard of this happening before. Needless to say, it happened again....only this time it was her shoulders/front legs. Weakness to the point that she could barely walk or climb up and down steps. It worked fabulous for ticks and fleas, but my dog suffered.
