Followed the quiz recommendation on the MyPillow website, but bought it on Amazon for fast, free shipping. I am VERY disappointed! - I followed the instructions and dryer on High for 15 minutes before use. It came out lumpy and without any real substance to it. - There is absolutely NO SUPPORT whatsoever. I put my head on it and it totally caves in around me, and I feel like I’m just laying flat on the mattress. - I tossed and turned, tried to refluff, and ended up giving up after 20 minutes. - It’s also noticeably smaller than the generic/store brand King size pillows I got in a two-pack for a third the price (see picture). - Foolishly, I threw away the packaging, so I doubt I can return it for a refund. I’ll have to check the website/Amazon further. I guess it will probably just end up with a decorative sham pillow cover on it, although that even may be baggy and sad looking. All-in-all, don’t waste your time or money on these pillows!!
