This is the second Dometic BriskAir ll I’ve purchased for my current travel trailer. The first Dometic AC quit working just after the warrant period expired (go figure). Amazon shipped this unit quickly, the unit was easy to replace, I was happy with the purchase. Well... this unit has also QUIT WORKING just after the warrant expired. During cold mode, the AC blows 79 degree air. I contacted Dometic directly and received a quick response: “Dometic declines the opportunity to warranty this product“. I suggest you take the opportunity and look at the competition for the best AC unit for your needs. These things are expensive, and I expect them to last longer than a couple of years, especially because they’re only used a handful of times each year (I’m not a full time RVer). I was very disappointed with this purchase. Do your research before you buy.
