Stop - you have to use a Sony program to download your photos.
I couldn't believe it. I tried to download the photos to my computer and I couldn't unless I downloaded a Sony Cloud program. Then I saw that the program was trying to take over all my photos in one folder on my PC. I stopped the program and sent the camera back to Amazon. They don't say anthing about this in the online description - it's B.S.
