After a week of use, air fryer caught on fire from electrical portion. We had used the air fryer about 5 minutes prior, and it was turned off but still plugged in. Fire department had to come out to put out flames. Attempted to follow up and resolve with DASH. Company took 4 weeks to respond, even though left numerous emails and follow up phone calls. Company denied any fault, even though have report from fire department that fire originated with air fryer. DASH refused to issue a refund. We are paranoid and use caution with all electrical appliances, so I caution use of this air fryer, and recommend using another brand which has better customer service.
