My poor sweet baby was playing in my backyard with my other dog when his mouth became wrapped in the loop. As he tried to pull away the collar became tighter and tighter. Despite myself, my Roomate, and upwards of 10 of my neighbors attempts to free Malibu from the collar, we were too late. It was probably 3 minutes from when we heard their cries to the moment she gone. Please do not use this collar and instead choose a product with an emergency release like a clasp, and please hug your pets extra tight. I wish i could go back and never buy this product. Rest In Peace Malibu.
