Beware - Folic Acid - Methylation Toxicity
If you have the MTHFR gene (40% of the population does) the cheap form of folate -folic acid found in this product- is known to be toxic and may be making you sick. I soon got better after stopping it and switching to methylfolate. Wow, what a difference it made. My methylation pathways are now working and I feel much better. Get genetically tested. If you have this gene variant avoid this product and warn your friends.
