Initially I loved this head, it was working fine for the last 5 months, yes just 5 months. Any head you pay this much should last at least 5 years, especially with limited use like mine. Coming back to the issue, one of the retractable lever handle broke yesterday while I was trying to turn, so making it an unusable piece of equipment. I think the material used for constructing is not good enough to handle it's intended use. About a montha go I contacted Manfrotto and wrote about this issue on their website, I got an auto-reply that they are going to investigate about this, but as of today no one contacted me on this.
