I was handed one of these pens by a notary to sign some documents and was so impressed with its beautiful design and smooth ink flow that I ordered one for myself right then and there. Alas, it was to be a brief love affair. Very brief. 19 days brief. How does an $8.55 pen run out of ink within 19 days? Did I use it 24/7 to manually transcribe War and Peace? No, I did not. That would be weird and stupid, and I usually (not always) have better things to do with my time. This was my journal pen, used exclusively to chronicle the glorious highlights of each day in my wildly exciting life from 2/2/2019 to 2/21/2019. Just look at this sad photo of the empty ink cartridge. I would’ve shared a photo of the journal page from 2/21 where the pen totally crapped out but for the wild, exciting secrets revealed on that page. Sorry.
