Have ordered this a few times in the past, not noticing that one of the listed ingredients is canola oil. Taking fish oil helps reduce inflammation and canola, an industrial seed oil, does the opposite. I was expecting better than that from a brand like Nordic Naturals. Otherwise, the flavor and texture of the supplement are excellent, and the DHA/EPA dose provided is decent.
